Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, our legal basis is your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in evaluating and building the product. You can withdraw consent at any time (see "Your rights").
We do not use advertising cookies. We store campaign parameters (UTM values) in your browser's local storage so that your traffic source is preserved while you navigate the site. You can clear this at any time via your browser settings.
We use Microsoft Clarity, an analytics service provided by Microsoft, to understand how visitors use this site. Clarity sets its own first-party cookies and records behavioural metrics such as clicks, mouse movements, scrolling and page views, together with your IP address, device and browser information, so that we can replay anonymised sessions and improve the page. We do not use it to identify you personally, and the form fields you type are masked. This data is processed by Microsoft as a separate controller under the Microsoft Privacy Statement, and may be transferred outside your country. These cookies are set only after you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the cookie settings widget on this site.
Your data is stored securely in our database hosted in the EU. We keep waitlist data only as long as needed to evaluate and launch the product, or until you ask us to delete it.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting and email delivery), who process it only on our behalf. We may disclose data if required by law.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict its processing.
